Our Commitment in Action
We advocate directly with federal stakeholders to protect and advance Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Nepali nationals.
We build strong partnerships with national and regional organizations to enhance support and protections for TPS holders.
We empower our community through meetings, leadership development, and rapid-response initiatives.
We ensure Nepali TPS holders have access to timely updates, legal resources, and emergency support.
Why This Matters
Ending TPS for Nepal would have severe and far-reaching consequences for thousands of families, including:
Family separation and deportation risk for thousands of Nepali nationals.
Loss of lawful employment authorization — harming both TPS holders and reducing tax revenue for the government.
Economic and community disruption across 27 states.
Instability for U.S.-born children and mixed-status families throughout the country.
Preserving TPS is essential for ensuring workforce continuity, community stability, and family unity.
